P is for Pamela

A birthday treat with a borrowed recipe to bring in the fall! Black walnut spice cake with buttery cinnamon frosting for none other than my sis-in-law. Thanks to my lovely co-worker (i will hire her one of these days!) for letting me use her tasty find she actually used to make ME a cake on my birthday.

Also! this is my successful 2nd attempt at my new cake tool- the cricut cake! Cutting leaves and letters took a little practice, but in the end, its a great way to add something special. First attempt was not as nice looking. :)
